Welcome! My name is Carson Hart. I grew up in New England, where I developed a love for exploring. Having access to the beach, the mountains, and everything in between shaped me into the active person I am today. I've always had a passion for sports, with an athletic background in basketball, baseball, and tennis. Through these experiences, I learned the importance of discipline, consistency, and teamwork. While these lessons are invaluable, I also recognize that a successful life and career involve many other elements. Health, in its fullest sense, spans all areas of life, on and off the field.
